What to Expect

How to book a massage with me and what to expect.

  1. Call or text me:  (406) 579-9988 – I am on the road or with clients often and am not, then, able to take a call but I respond as soon as I am able.
  2. Have an idea of at least two possible days/times when you could receive your massage. – I have a finite number of hours of massage that can be delivered in a day.  Travel from appointment to appointment plus set up and take down of equipment dictates how many massages can be fit into the day.  Having some flexibility of times you can receive a massage helps but is not mandatory.
  3. Once we book your appointment time, length of massage(s), number of massages and your address we’re good to go. – I need to take down your address so that I can plot my travel to and from all client visits for that day. I also go over access to your location {driveway or street parking, stairs, etc.} as well as methods of payment if you need more info.
  4. The day of the massage I try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to appointment time to set up – While it is always my attempt to arrive early to set up, your “massage time” does not begin until you are actually on the massage table.  Sometimes weather or traffic presents difficulty in arriving with some buffer time.
  5. I arrive, set up and take the first person to be massaged – Prior to getting on the table one should visit the bathroom {bladders often decide, halfway through the massage, that you have to “go”} and you should have a good drink of water.
  6. Before we begin the massage we would have a discussion of any spots where you are experiencing difficulty or pain and any other health issues I should be made aware of – With this information I can apportion the massage time to encompass the entire body while still giving extra needed time to fully address any “problem” areas.
  7. Once the massage is completed I simply begin packing up all equipment to make my exit – Payment is usually handled at this time. It is also when I give a reminder to drink lots of water for the next 24-48 hours {if I haven’t already} to avoid getting a headache from any “house cleaning” your body may do after a massage.
  8. If one wanted to book a subsequent appointment {either a week or month away} this would be a good time to do it (Or simply reach out when you know)
